TechnologySince established as Sam Young Machinery Co., Ltd in 1979, SNT got a foothold growth by having M&A deals of Tongil Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (current SNT Dynamics) in 2003 and Daewoo Precision Industries Ltd. (current SNT Motiv) in 2006, and then launched as SNT group in 2006.

SNT was changed into a holding company system through spin-offs which divided the investment and manufacturing sections into a continuing entity (current SNT Holdings) and a new entity (current SNT Energy) respectively in 2008 so as to raise shareholder value through transparent management.

SNT consists of 18 affiliates including four listed companies, and is making efforts to gallop ahead as a leading global company in the 21st century along with markets, customers and shareholders based on field management, right management and transparent management.
